Ingredients:

  • 3.50 oz (100g) of fresh or frozen raspberries
  • tablespoons of finely ground almond flour
  • tablespoons of granulated erythritol
  • tablespoons of softened butter
  • teaspoon of lemon juice 
  • Additional granulated erythritol

Instructions:

1. Heat the raspberries on medium, let them simmer for 10-15 minutes and stir along the way. The raspberries should be in a “paste-like” state.
2. Once cooked, transfer the raspberries into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients (except for the additional erythritol), and stir until you get smooth mass.
3. Chill in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, then form small balls, and roll the balls in the additional granulated erythritol.

4. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before consuming them.
