Here are some remedies that will help you ease the pain and reduce the inflammation.
The easiest remedy to make is the salty mouthwash solution. You will need a glass of lukewarm water and 2 teaspoons of salt. Add the salt to the water and mix it well. Gargle this solution 2 times a day and the pain will disappear very quickly.
Lemon will work great because it contains vitamin C and other flavonoids. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with a little salt and smear it on your gums. After that, you should rinse your mouth. The pain should disappear, but it will also contribute to gums healing. However, keep in mind that this treatment can be uncomfortable and cause a slight stinging.
In addition to many other healing properties that chamomile possess, it can be a good ally in your fight against inflamed gums. You can drink a chamomile tea or rinse your mouth with it. It doesn’t matter which method you choose, it will work.

Prepare one cup of green tea and rinse your mouth with it 2 times a day.
Sage is very effective for inflamed and bleeding gums. Cook two tablespoons of dry leaves of sage in 4 liters of water. Strain the liquid and transfer it to a bottle. Use this sage solution to rinse your mouth as many times as you want.
Wild oregano as one of the strongest natural antiseptics and antibiotics contains the substance carvacrol which helps our body to fight against many infections, bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms. Wild oregano essential oil is quite strong and you need to dilute it with a carrier oil such as olive or coconut oil in 1:1 ratio. Apply this oil on your gums before bedtime, it will soothe the pain and treat the inflammation.
Vitamin C and bioflavonoids are also important to regenerate tissues and strengthen the gums. You should consume blueberries, blackberries, grapes, citrus fruit, strawberries, etc. Folic acid is also needed for healthy gums and general regeneration of tissues.
