Delicious No Bake Berry Icebox Cake – Quick And Easy!

This no bake berry icebox cake is one of the best dessert recipes you’ll ever find. Quick, easy and delicious, it’s the perfect summer dessert that will never go out of style. All you need are a few ingredients and a few minutes of your time. The reward is worth it.

Ingredients:

  • 19 oz of graham crackers
  • 8 oz of softened cream cheese
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages of Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 2-1/2 cups of cold milk
  • 12 oz of Cool whip
  • 3 cups of sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1-1/2 cups of fresh blueberries
  • 2 oz of white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Mix the cream cheese and dry pudding in a large bowl, mix until well blended. Then add the milk. Stir in Cool Whip, but gently, and reserve 1⁄2 cup. Spread a thin layer of cool whip in a 9×13 pan just to cover the bottom. Layer 5 graham crackers across the center of the pan, then 2 more, breaking them as necessary to fit around the top and bottom edges.

Spread a layer of the pudding over grahams crackers and top that with a layer of blueberries and sliced strawberries. Again, place graham crackers on top of berries, then add more pudding mixture, then layer of berries again. Repeat the graham crackers – pudding mixture – berries layers again (3 times total) and you should reach the top.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before you serve, melt white chocolate chips in a bowl and drizzle over dessert.
