- 2 pounds of carrots
- 1/4 cup of olive or coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Trim the tops of the carrots. Starting on the thick end, slice the carrots in order to create elongated slices. It’s best you use a mandolin slicer. When you reach the thin end, stop. You can save them to use in soup or salad.
